We are giving away 10x LittaTrap’s™ to help with your Environmental Mission

Eligibility:

1. The giveaway is for Canada only.
2. The giveaway is open to research, education, and non-governmental organizations (NGOs).
3. Participants must be at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in their jurisdiction.
4. Employees, volunteers, and affiliates of EnviroPod™ or any associated parties are not eligible to participate.

Giveaway Details:

1. The Giveaway consists of 10 x EnviroPod™ LittaTraps™ to be awarded to winning research, education, and non-governmental organizations (NGOs).
2. There are 10 x LittaTrap™ to be won. Depending on the story/catchment area, one entry may be awarded more than one LittaTrap.
3. Participants must submit a written story highlighting the special features of their local waterways.
4. Submissions can be made via email or through a designated online form provided by EnviroPod™.
5. Each participant may only submit one entry.

Submission Guidelines:

1. The story must be written in English.
2. Submission must be original and not infringe upon any copyright or intellectual property rights.
3. Participants are responsible for ensuring that their submissions are accurate, truthful, and do not contain any misleading information.
4. By submitting their entry, participants grant EnviroPod™ the right to publish and promote their stories, with proper credit given to the author.

Judging:

1. Entries will be judged based on creativity, originality, clarity, and relevance to the theme.
2. The judging panel will consist of representatives from EnviroPod™, or individuals appointed by EnviroPod™.
3. The decision of the judging panel will be final and binding.

Winner Selection:

1. Ten winners will be selected from all eligible submissions.
2. Winners will be notified via email or through the contact information provided during submission.
3. If the winner does not respond within 5 working days, another winner may be selected at EnviroPod’s™ discretion.

Prize:

1. The winning research, education, and non-governmental organizations (NGOs) or environmental groups will receive 10 x EnviroPod™ LittaTrap™.
2. EnviroPod™ will assist with the installation of the LittaTrap™ through virtual assistance. The necessary guidance and support will be provided remotely.
3. The prize is non-transferable and may not be exchanged or redeemed for cash or any other alternative.

Publicity:

1. By participating in the giveaway, participants grant EnviroPod™ the right to publicly announce and promote the winning research, education, and non-governmental organizations (NGOs).
2. EnviroPod™ may request additional information, photographs, or videos related to the installed LittaTrap™ for promotional purposes.

Privacy:

1. Personal information collected during the giveaway will be used solely for the purpose of administering the giveaway and contacting the winner.
2. EnviroPod™ will handle all personal information in accordance with applicable data protection laws and its privacy policy.

Liability and Indemnity:

1. EnviroPod™ and its affiliated affiliates shall not be held liable for any damages, losses, or injuries arising from participation in the giveaway or the use of the prize.
2. Participants agree to indemnify and hold EnviroPod™ harmless from any claims, demands, or actions arising from their participation in the giveaway or the acceptance and use of the prize.

1. EnviroPod™ reserves the right to modify or terminate the giveaway at any time, for any reason, without prior notice.
