In addition, Mr. Harris has extensive knowledge in regulatory requirements pertaining to NPDES, CERCLA, NEPA, and OPA with a primary focus on providing impactful solutions to mitigating various types of pollutants conveyed in stormwater runoff. Notably, he has served as the former President of the Stormwater Equipment Manufacturers Association (SWEMA), further cementing his reputation as a thought leader and influencer in the industry.
Mr. Harris is a graduate of San Francisco State University and holds a certification in Environmental Assessment and Remediation from the University of California, Davis.
