Project Overview:
A commercial logistics facility in Oakley required a retrofit solution to meet California’s Full Trash Capture (FTC) requirements. Combination inlets present a known challenge due to split hydraulics through both the grate and curb entry, as well as inconsistent basin geometries.
Nine LittaTrap™ units were installed to provide at-source treatment, capturing trash before it enters the downstream storm drain network. These devices included full capture fabrics and installed Vector portals, complying with all aspects of the California Waterboard full capture requirements.
Installation Experience:
This is our first project with our new installer, Pacific Stormwater BMP solutions. Once the first unit was installed and configured, the process became highly repeatable across the remaining inlets.
